Daniel Lee from Excel driving school is a very friendly teacher for driving. Been learning under him for the past month or two, and he's very detailed and understanding in your ability as an up and coming driver. Moreoever, He always answers calls and is super cooperative. He is one of the best instructors I have learnt from! I have had 2 instructors before. I paid over 200 per lesson for them and they weren't half as good as Daniel. He was very dedicated towards my learning. I took 3 lessons with him. On the day of my test, I was nervous. He made me practice around the DMV, made sure I was calm before the test. And I passed the test! 😀 Bonus points: Since he has been doing this a long time, he knows his way around the DMV. Knows the procedure very well.

Daniel was an amazing driving coach for my 16 year old son. Daniel utilized very effective communication skills in a manner that was clear and informative to my boy. He left the lessons enthusiastic and confident that he learned so much about driving safety and understanding the reasons why Daniel enphizised certain driving laws. Daniel is a great teacher - he's been teaching for over 30 years and has a high success rate with passing the test. He doesn't just focus on your driving test route, but prepares you for the real test of driving on the roads (SF is brutal compared to Daly City!). It helps that he's very funny 🙂 He is able to pick you up from the city and drop you back, which was very helpful for city and highway driving practice. I would recommend people to practice directly at Daly City to get more practice time just before the test. I took 3 classes and am ready to take my test tomorrow. would 10/10 recommend him to all my friends.

Well I am here to say choose this driving school. Daniel is a compassionate teacher because of how chill he is! In fact, there is a lot of thorough information about highway driving and residential driving rules. Please choose excel driving school because they really are the best, and I heard Daniel Lee has a 90 percent or more pass rate on the real dmv driving exams and is knowledgeable about written exams as well as other types of motorized licenses.
